We really enjoyed our stay at Kiin Wayeb! The rooms are extremely comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The pool and patio are great as well. Big thanks to Joel and Mayra for the top-notch service and recommendations. Highly recommended!

Staff was super nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and set up very cute. Very spacious. Mexico culture felt throughout. Wifi available. You can ask for pool towels at the desk. There is a cute cafe separately owned out front that stayed open late. You can find a convenience store on the next block. You do have to use street parking or pay for a garage. Our family loved it.

Nous avons passés un super séjour dans cet hôtel, emplacement idéal pour être proche du centre sans en avoir tous les bruits. Le personnel était très serviable et à l’écoute. Un frigo est à disposition, de l’eau fraîche également. Seul bémol, la wifi n’est pas très performante.

Increíble hotel, muy bonito y con una ubicación perfecta. Está a solo unas cuadras de la plaza principal, rodeado de restaurantes y una tienda de conveniencia. Todo el hotel está impecable, la limpieza es excelente.
Las habitaciones son amplias, muy cómodas y decoradas con mucho gusto, lo que le da un encanto especial.
El personal es súper amable y atento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar.
Un lugar encantador al que sin duda volveríamos.

El hotel es pequeño pero bonito y cómodo, el personal super amable y servicio, limpieza en habitación buena, solo que no tiene estacionamiento, hay que estacionarse donde caiga a una o 2 calles a la redonda, fuera de eso todo bien

Es relativamente nuevo. Muy buena ubicación y la idea de una casona tradicional. Llegué a pie desde la central de autobuses, en realidad hice todo a pie (al menos que no te guste caminar). La atención de Mayra y Joel fue muy cálida y atenta. La deco es linda y tiene todo lo necesario para un par de días. Tiene hamaca para la siesta!! Las instalaciones limpias. El WiFi me dió igual pues fui a pasear y descansar. Puede haber ruido de motos, perros o gallos en la zona desde muy temprano por la rutina del pueblo, así que lleva unos tapones para oídos. Sin queja alguna, volveré a este hotel en mis futuras visitas a Valladolid. No hay aguas embotelladas en cuarto pero sí vasos y un dispensador en áreas comunes, donde llené mi termo, no tengo problema, estoy a favor de prácticas sustentables, pero pueden considerar jarras en habitaciones y hielo en un futuro, por el intenso calor.

Un hotel muy bonito y con un toque muy especial. La habitación era amplia y cómoda. Tuvimos una tranquila estancia y la ubicación estaba cerca de muchos lugares de restaurantes. Recomendado.
