I was extremely disappointed with the way this business and its team operate.
There was no company representative available upon arrival, as they only operate between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
We would have been completely stuck if the security guard who was not even their employee, helped us to access the property. Despite asking multiple times for access instructions, we were repeatedly told the details would be sent 24 hours before arrival, which never happened.
Although we paid the deposit as they demanded soon we booked our accommodation by Hotel.com.
On the Hotels.com website, there is no mention of Dunya Tower, which is listed instead as Hotel Heaven Crest Home Downtown. This caused confusion upon arrival. In addition, there were hidden charges that were not disclosed on the Hotels.com listing.
According to my booking, I was overcharged service fee . I was also security deposit, was not fully refunded and 5% was deducted.
I noticed that Two beds are hard and we couldn’t sleep overnight . Also they didn’t do any cleaning. The only request I made was for two towels and some tea bags. These were delivered 70 minutes later, and only after I sent a reminder message. I was later informed that they charge next time for any service provided, which was never clearly communicated beforehand
Overall, communication was poor, charges were unclear, and service was not good.
