Not the cheapest stay for a solo tour, but i still think it was good value for the money. The room was a decent size, pretty clean and one of the best beds, pillows and duvets i've tried at a hotel for quite some time.
The breakfast buffet was quite nice, though a broader selection of bread would have been a plus (quite a lot of wholemeal bread and basic flutes).
Staff was polite and professional, and the bar always had guests - no dead lobby feeling at any time.
Only negative thing was that on day two of my 6 day stay, the sound on all tv channels disappeared and never got fixed before i left. Apparently a general issue they had while i was there. The selection of non-german tv channels is also quite limited - but a good way to sharpen your german while in your room (when the sound is working, of course).
