No AC in the rooms, and the pool was out of service (we were told indefinitely for now). Hallways were filthy. The beds are highly worn; we switched rooms three times, with limited success, and were then told that it is just the expected quality at this hotel. We were not even given an apology or as much as a phone call to ask if the new room was better. The service from staff on this was extremely bad and borderline rude. We had the room for two days, and when we came back the second day, after being out the entire day, housekeeping had not been to our rooms, leaving us without soap and towels.
We had to replace our keys seven times for the same room due to faulty locks. Every time they asked for the room number, no ID check, we could have easily gotten keys to any room; Way beyond unacceptable to do this so many times, not to mention the terrifying lack of security.
On the positive side, the parking attendant was super helpful in guiding us to the parking area, and the lobby area is perfectly decent. When we arrived a couple of hours before check-in, we were able to get to our room early; super nice and helpful. The fitness area also looked fine, although we did not try it.
