We had 2 family apartments for our family of 5. There is no lift and the stairs were a bit challenging for my in-laws, but the staff helped us carry their bags up to their home. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. We were able to book transportation from the airport to the hotel, and they were able to take us to the Civitavecchia port as well. Would recommend staying here for the location alone. It was within walking distance to so many restaurants, trevi fountain, pantheon and Vatican City.

The room was amazing and sweet; perfect for our family of 4 (with 2 teen boys!) and right above an active street with a few fun restaurants and gelato! Bonus - it was only a block away from piazza Navona and a short walk to so many other beautiful locations! The highlight for our family though, was David! He is an incredible asset to your team and was wonderfully kind and helpful with our check-in and getting settled. He was even available to help us out of a bind right before our colosseum tour - without his help, we may have missed the entire experience.
