I WAS NOT AWARE THAT PARKING WAS $13.00 A DAY AND THE BREAKFAST BUFFET OFFERED IS $18.99 PER PERSON. BOTH SEEM UNREASONABLE . BEYOND THAT THE HOTEL IS NEW AND CLEAN, VERY CLOSE TO THE MORTON AMP AND THE CASINO.

Hotel is brand new and they were really busy, people everywhere. We went to see Dave Matthews across the street at the Morton Amphitheater. Perfect location, we were able to walk. Room was freshly cleaned. Parking is supposed to be included but I couldn’t figure out how to get the voucher and never went and asked about it. We are at the restaurant, they were out of one of the items but what we ordered was as expected. Bar drinks were great. We didn’t use the pool. Bar stayed open late after the concert and we were able to sit outside and have a nightcap. Staff were all friendly. We are Hilton honors members but we weren’t able to use our status because we booked through hotels.com because it was cheaper. Would definitely stay here again, especially for concerts across the street.

The morning desk person was one of the most rude individuals I have ever come across. There are people who are front of the house and back of the house people. This individual should be so far in the back of the house that she should be in the field behind the hotel.
