This apartment stole our hearts at first sight. Everything about it is perfect—every detail and amenity. The cleanliness is 100% impeccable. I own a cleaning company, so I know what I’m talking about! 😉 The terrace offers a million-dollar view, and there’s a bakery right downstairs. The city center is just a 10-minute taxi ride away. There is just one small point I’d like to mention: we couldn't figure out how to get into the apartment without a physical key (which isn't provided). The door is designed to be opened from the inside; however, doing so requires completing a specific sequence of steps, and we were initially confused by the details since we had never encountered this type of locking mechanism before. Once we figured it out, though, it actually proved to be very convenient. It did make us think about elderly guests, however, who might struggle to figure it out on their own. Therefore, I would suggest adding a note for your guests explaining that the door unlocks automatically and requires specific access codes. (Although, perhaps we simply didn't read your instructions carefully enough!) I would also like to note that customer support was very helpful in guiding us through the process. If you are a family of 5 or 6 people, take my word for it—you won't regret staying here. It’s a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by lush green treetops and flocks of flying parrots.
