Stairs are steep but that’s to be expected in Amsterdam There is no on-site staff but the staff at their sister hotel across the street were very helpful and you can store your bags there if you arrive early Remote control doors worked well. Room was great for the reasonable price

Great clean rooms, staff super helpful. We were on the 3rd floor which is right twisty stairs and no lift but well it’s Amsterdam. Our main down point was the water pressure was very poor in the shower and the rooms can be quite warm but it’s on a very busy street so having the windows open makes it very noisy. It’s a trade off for it being in a very convenient location. I would stay again but just be prepared it’s not perfect but the staff are super helpful and nice and it’s clean and comfortable which are the main things
