The hotel is set in a beautiful location with stunning views, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell far short of what I would expect from a five-star all-inclusive resort.
The biggest disappointment was the food. The quality was poor, with meals feeling mass-produced and lacking the standard, variety, and freshness that should accompany a five-star offering. The main restaurant was also extremely noisy, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxed dining experience.
The entertainment provided little value and was underwhelming throughout our stay. In addition, some of the finer details that distinguish a true five-star hotel were noticeably absent. For example, fresh bottled water was not replenished daily in the room, which is a basic amenity many guests would expect.
While the property itself is attractive and the accommodation comfortable, the overall experience did not justify its five-star rating. If you are looking for a genuine luxury all-inclusive experience, I would recommend considering other options.
