"Great stay at The Barn, very comfortable and clean. Owners kindly provided tea, coffee, milk, cookies and a bottle of white wine chilled in the fridge! Anti-bac handwash was also provided, as well as washing-up liquid and plenty of toilet rolls. Great kitchen facilities with everything you need to cook a meal.
Although the owners Jayne & Graeme live in the adjacent building they were very friendly and unobtrusive.

Lorna is a lovely host and makes the best breakfast with plenty of choices.
The location is approx. 15 minutes walk into Keswick and the Threkeld trail, just down the hill, make walking there better away from the traffic.
We would definitely recommend Brookfield and hope to vist again. "
