The worst service of my life
Before arrival I had emailed with the staff at the hotel about parking, and that was great service, but from there things went downhill pretty quickly. We arrived 9 pm (as per the deal we made with the hotel before arrival) and was barely greeted by front desk. The woman working there, her name starts with L, never looked me in the eye during the conversation, made me feel horrible about asking simple questions, ie. "where is breakfast served?" and "what have I not yet payed for?", and then made me feel as if it was my fault their credit card mashines weren't functioning. I then suggested paying in cash, which was not possible, so she (rolling her eyes at me) made me put down a cash deposit. The next day, when I went to pay the bill and get my deposit back, she yet again made me feel like a nuisance. The only thing good about their service, was the option for online check-out so that I didn't have to talk to anyone again.
They advertise an online chat function (supposedly live 24/7) and I wrote there that our aircon wasn't working properly. No one ever answered, even though it was registered as "seen" during the night.
During our three night stay only one employee actually recognised our existence and smiled back at us when walking by.
In our room the bathroom had some issues. More water came out on top of the rain shower than through it, and the hand soap needed two hands to get out of its container.
Breakfast and parking were okay.
