Have stayed here several times before for work purposes, and it has generally lived up to the Soho standard, which is what it is. This time around, the whole visit was a veritable mess - checked in at 3:00PM, had no towels in my room, requested some to be able to shower and was told that towels are now not available until 5:00PM, weirdest policy of the year. No power sockets working in my room due to a blown fuse. Noticed staff about power on my way out of the hotel after having taken the high road by ironing shirts at a colleague's room and towelling up with a t-shirt, and was told it would be fixed asap - came back at midnight to no power and no towels. I'm not a fussy traveller, and don't expect much in this particular area of London, but this was subpar in every thinkable way.
