I wanted to check in at Tuesday the 3th at 16:00, to which I was met with the answer that my room wasn't available until 18:45, and all other rooms were booked. This was something they did not call or message me about. I asked why, which they couldn't tell me, but I knew it was because the Arsenal first team was staying there. I couldn't even wait in their bar, as that was gated off because of, I guess, more important guests.
When I spoke to the manager, his eyes basically rolled to the top of his head, and all he did was hand me a voucher for 2 drinks...
I have never been to a hotel where I was told to take a hike for 2,5 hours, just because of their shoddy planning, and was met with so little understanding when I told them why I would like access to my room that I had already paid for.
Never visiting here again.
