I am writing to formally address a false and deeply concerning accusation made against my husband. He was unfairly singled out and treated as suspicious based solely on his appearance. There was no evidence, no behavior, and no valid reason to justify the assumption that was made about him.
This situation was humiliating, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable. Profiling someone because of how they look is harmful and reflects bias rather than facts. My husband was cooperative and respectful, yet he was still subjected to an accusation that should have never occurred.
I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. No one should be made to feel criminalized or disrespected due to their appearance. Accountability is necessary to ensure this does not happen again.
