First of all I wouldn’t have done this very poor review, if the last problem never had happened. But it did, and I’m so furious.
When I arrived Friday the 10 December, I first got a room where every bed was occupied. I got a new room where there already was two other persons. Saturday I got back to the hostel around 7 pm, and the two people had left the room. Around 8 pm three people came to the room, and I could understand that there was a problem. 10 minutes later one from the reception came to solve it, and asked me why I was in the room, like I shouldn’t be there. I told him that I first got a full booked room the other night, and then I got this. He said that he had to talk to someone from the reception. 10 minutes later he came back with the manager, and the manager said that I had to change room again, and he was very sorry for the inconvenience. I was tired of the situation, but the manager refunded me for one night, and upgraded me to a single bedroom. Which I was very pleased about and I got free breakfast as well. I didn’t think anything from here could go more wrong. BUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT (1.30 am) THERE WAS SOMEONE FROM THE RECEPTION WHO GOT INTO MY ROOM. I was first awakened by guests who tried to come into the room, first I thought it was someone who was drunk, but I could hear the trolly bags. After then minutes, they tried again but with the help from a guy in the reception. He open the door and saw me, and said sorry and left!
