Comfortable beds, handy to Echo Point and 3 sisters. Straight drive down road to RSL. Didn't see any staff during 3 nights there. Walls are pretty thin as noise from other rooms carried. Didn't realize that café in front had nothing to do with hotel, until I asked for some more milk. Otherwise stay was good. Thanks

Spotless room and hotel, as new room and facilities, great shower 10 out of 10, excellent King bed and four extra large pillows. Good size room, close to the RSL and only a couple of minutes drive to the heart of Katoomba. Great Management & staff, highly recommend.

There is no staff in the hotel at all ! One man cleaning who spoke limited English there was no safe in the room in fact there was no where to store valuables , at night probably the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in seemed like a competition who could slam the door the loudest , I booked for 4 nights but left after two , I don’t think they even new that I had left !
