Upon arrival I was told my reservation was for 2 guest. I showed the property manager the reservation at Hotels.com showed it was for 4 guest. Despite that the manager demanded I paid extra. I called Hotels.com. They were helpless. The hotel suggested I cancel the reservation and look for another hotel. I was unable to cancel it. So, finally the hotel offers we stay if we paid extra. I was forced to agree or to lose the money I already paid and look for another hotel with 2 children. Next day the hotel wanted us to pay even more. I refused and paid previously agreed amount. I don’t know if the issue was hotels.com or the hotel’s, regardless, a customer should not be forced to pay extra or look for another property when the reservation clearly showed the reservation was for 4 guest. Hotels.com service was also very poor.
