To start the hotel is not on Google Maps and could not be put into Grab App. After 2 calls I was finally able to get someone to talk with the front desk staff and they were able to direct the Grab driver to drop us off at the hotel next door. The hotel was located in an alley filled with trash. We had to be dropped off at the ally and walked through the ally to get to the hotel. When we arrived we were told the room I reserved did not have air conditioning so they put us into a different room for one night and maybe we move later or decide to stay in the other room. The room we got was small. The bathroom was on the balcony that looked over the pool. So we had to walk outside on the balcony in order to get to it. The following morning we asked for the room we reserved and it was available at 8am and air worked just fine. So not sure what the issue was the night before? The hotel staff asked us to remain in the small room with the bathroom on the balcony. We declined. Both rooms the beds were hard as rocks and there was hair (not mine) in the shower. The water in the shower did not drain well. There was about a half an inch of standing water while showering. The pictures on their site must be really old because it really didn’t look like the place I stayed. I would not recommend this hotel.
