The towels smelt like plastic so we weren’t able to use them upon coming out of the shower. Our room didn’t have any cups in it for water.
We were double charged for the $100 deposit at the beginning, and charged without notice for late checkout even though I confirmed on 3 separate occasions with the staff about the late checkout request. Even after all of the confirmations, we were disturbed by a phone call at 11am telling us it was time to checkout. We will be needing to make phone calls with Hilton customer service to have those charges refunded.
