We traveled to Santiago, Chile, with our three kids, and this part of our trip completely ruined our vacation. We have never dealt with a property owner or manager who showed so little care for their guests or the services they promised.
We booked a two-night stay from February 14th to 16th, making the reservation more than two weeks ahead. The listing said the property offered digital check-in and had no concierge. It also stated that check-in began at 3:00 pm and was available 24 hours a day via a digital system.
For three days before our trip, we kept asking for the QR code and the 5-digit access code, but we never received them. We arrived at the property at 4 pm on February 14th and waited for the code, calling the number listed on the Hotel.com page, but no one answered. We also sent messages via the Hotel.com page, but did not receive a reply until 10:00 pm. By then, we had waited four hours in a rented car with our three kids, and the person sent us the wrong code. We waited until midnight, but still got no response to our calls or messages. We ended up going from hotel to hotel until we finally found one that would take us in at 2:00 am on February 15th.
I strongly recommend avoiding this property. In my experience, the management was unreliable and unhelpful.
