The hotel is very well appointed and the breakfast spread is good.
However, this is a hotel where most of what you request, will be denied. Services are very poor and definitely not guest oriented.
1) Housekeeping services very poor. They did not do the room on 1 day and the other 2 days, did not replenish amenities. When Front Desk was informed of this, we were told to come and pick up our fresh towels!
2) The Front Desk stout gentleman in the morning shift on 02 & 03 Feb was nasty, rude, and seemed racist. The afternoon shift gent was much better though
3) There was no minibar in the room, which was quite shocking
4) There was no hot water kettle
5) Coffee pods were not replenished. Front Desk told us it was only placed on arrival! Why keep an espresso maker in the room when you do not replenish pods daily?
6) Water also was not replenished on day 2 & 3
7) BF service on 4th morning was cleared with alacrity at 10 am while we were eating. We were not informed even though we were sitting in the bfast dining area. This is a standard and courtesy to be conducted in any hotel around the world.
ALL OF THE ABOVE REEKS OF AN ARROGANCE WHICH SPOILED OUR 3 NIGHTS STAY and we would never recommend this hotel to any person.
