1st: you will have to put your credit card information into another website to register and either pay an additional non refundable fee or a very large deposit (that should be listed on the Hotels.com app.
Getting into the building was a bit of a hassle. You had to use codes to get in through the garage, and of course the system was down. Had to wait for someone exiting to let us in. Then you get the key fob and then go repark the car since you need it to get in the garage.
We booked 4 people (certainly don’t book 4 adults, the pullout was barely large enough for 2 kids) They only gave us 3 towels, a top sheet and a dirty comforter for the pullout. Contacted right away to at least get enough towels and pillows and was told they couldn’t bring them until morning! Very, very late morning. And we never did receive pillows.
On the plus side, the location is fantastic, the common areas were really well kept except for the heater was not working on the hot tub.
The apartment was pretty clean, although I did have to wash the duvet cover and sheet, and the living room chair was disgusting, but the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were nice and clean.
