We used the hotel because it was a walking distance from el estadio de los deportes to watch the cruz azul game. It was safe and i was impressed by the breakfast and food

It is a good option for a low price, if you looking for a place just for sleep. Food are good, breaskfast is included with staying. There are some options for breakfast but they are good. Property needs to be improved. Neiboorhood is very secure and staff is kind. This hotel is on a noisy street and it is difficult to get asleep.

I wouldn't comeback to this hotel, the staff are good, good service. I stayed 3 night's in the middle of the week, every night at the pent house they played exagerated loud music, also you can hear everything from the other rooms, definitely this is not a place where you can bring your family, or rest.

Aclarando nuestra salida wye por mi reserva era a las 14:00 horas, nos comentaron que debemos salir a las 13:00 lo que nos cambió la logística del día siguiente. Lo más inaceptable era falta de limpieza del piso: todo piso con manchas oscuras pegajosas que no limpiaron considerando que entramos al cuarto tardado, entre 17:00 y 18:00 horas. Falta de higiene, tuvimos que tirar calcetines que usamos estos 2 días mi esposo y yo. Más o menos estuvo agradable desayuno, nos sentamos en ventana con sol y las chicas de servicio atendieron bien a mi esposo ( el si come más que yo). Ofrecieron hoy cakes y chilaquiles. Yo comí fruta.
Piso muy sucio inaceptable. Con sustancia pegajosa que parece estaba allí bastante tiempo.

Solo una duda, no me quedo claro en un inicio si la habitación ya se había pagado, ya que la aplicación me solicito todos los datos para hacer el pago en línea luego en el hotel me dijeron que tenía que pagar ahí en físico, no he revisado bien mi estado de cuenta pero si estoy en duda

Desafortunadamente hay una zona VIP donde permiten que los huéspedes hagan lo que quieran y pusieron música a muy alto volumen toda la noche y parte de la mañana y no dejaron dormir y descansar y a pesar de quejarnos en la recepción no hacían nada. Terrible falta de respeto para los huéspedes que queremos descansar y pasar una feliz estancia.
