My experience with the hotel itself wasn't all that bad. The Internet was absolutely horrific so I couldn't get work done or watch TV. My main issue is with the hotels.com site. The hotel required a cash deposit and nowhere in the process of making a reservation did that ever come up. I was so uncomfortable when they asked for it at check in. I don't know if that is a website issue or the hotel's but it was a very uncomfortable situation.
