Awful service
If I had the option for negative stars that would be my first choice. I booked a room for three nights well in advance before my stay. I battled snowy weather and icy roads hauling a horse trailer to arrive safely which caused a pretty late arrival, 6-7 hour trip took 13. When I arrived no one was available to assist with check-in, there was a Call for Service number posted however even with multiple calls no one answered. I decided to sleep in my truck and hopefully check-in in the morning. The next morning, around 9, I made another attempt to check-in, certainly by then someone would be available. Still the lobby was locked. After calling multiple times again, someone finally answered. They said I couldn’t check in because check was yesterday at 3. I told them I had a room reservation for 3 nights. The only response I got was that the rooms were all full and there was nothing available. So they sold my room before I had the option to check-in. This was some of the worst service I’ve ever encountered while traveling. The entire conversation was rude, no apologies, no checking to see if I had a reservation and if they sold it or accidentally double booked, zero accommodating acts of service.
