Super helpful and friendly front staff. Shout out to the wonderful gentleman who gave my husband an empty cardboard box and packing tape so we could mail excess souvenirs back home! Our backs appreciated it.
We were on the fourth floor and it was surprisingly quiet even though we overlooked the tram entrance. Room was comfortable and clean.
