All the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful from check in to arranging transportation and suggested activities. We enjoyed all the restaurants and especially COYA, a fine dining Peruvian restaurant tucked away on the Mezzanine Level. The beach access is easy and a perk. I will definitely stay here again and other well known hotels in the area fall short compared to the W.

Stayed overnight after arriving from a flight, the hotel is very nice with large and spacious rooms with an extremely comfortable big bed that you just sink into. Had a fantastic nights sleep and the service from the staff was superb. Would stay here longer next time.
