So we booked our room for the weekend about 6 weeks prior to arriving. I was sent an email and was offered an opportunity for an upgraded room so I accepted it and paid the additional fees, we had upgraded to a room in the Tuscany Tower, when we arrived not only was our room given to somebody else, the only room available was in the North Wing and was very small and uncomfortable. Not Happy! Then we went to the spa to schedule a his n hers pedicure and was informed that they were sold out. When I booked the room I was told to schedule the spa when we arrived because there is no online booking access. Again, not happy! Our room smelled like an dang ash tray, the bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable, this was our first time staying here, as we normally stay at the GSR but wanted to try something new. Guess what? That will be the last time we stay here. The casino floor is so smoky that our clothes smelled so bad. The only thing I have nice to say about our stay was our lunch at Biscotti's, the food there was FANTASTIC, and our server was amazing.
