The ice rooms, hallways and bar are really impressive! You really can’t help but be amazed by all the ice art. The warm cabins where great too, central location, roomy and better priced than the warm hotel rooms. Breakfast and lunch buffe where very good. We had dinner at Hembygdsgården, a 15 min walk from the hotel and really enjoyed it. Some people in my company took the dog sled ride and couldn’t stop raving about it. I didn’t sleep well in the ice room, the narrow reindeer fur slid away from underneath my sleeping bag and it got cold. If i’d go again I’d stay in a warm cabin and enjoy the ice art without sleeping in the cold.

Great and favorite place to stay with activities and art. But guys you should really work on the service quality. Its below average and you can see that personnel is untrained and does not only give an F about visitors nor do they know how to do it. That includes all staff (with some exceptions at the Riverside lobby) at the reception, bars, restaurants etc. Step up your game, this is not Bratislava, this is world known hotel gathering visitors from all over the world.
