The second worst hotel I've stayed in in 25 years. Aged, broken down and decrepit furniture, mold throughout the bathroom, very dirty bedroom floor, very uncomfortably bed, highway noise. When they told me I could check in at 2:00 and I arrived to do so at 2:30, they told me it would be another half hour. When I put a "please make up room" sign on my door, it appears to be knocked to the ground and no housekeeping was done for the second day. One lamp fixture had a broken switch so I had to unscrew the light bulb to turn it off. The bathroom sink was missing the stopper so couldn't be used as a wash basin. And they charged $10 a night to park despite an Expedia listing implying there was no charge. Parking lot was full of standing water. Dangerous U Turn and pull out onto Dixie Highway. The couple in the next room was fighting over how bad it was and I heard every word. (Long-ish) walking distance to University of Miami and low price (you get what you pay for) are the only redeeming features of this place.
