The Biltmore is luxurious and timeless! The rooms are comfy and quiet. The staff very attentive to our needs! The valet, bellman, front desk, yoga instructor, pro shop registrant, restaurant host and wait staff- all gave great service! The place is simply beautiful! Can’t wait to return 🤗

Old without the charm
This hotel is in dire need of a total makeover. It certainly has a beautiful and historical charm that is appealing to guests that enjoy old an stodgy atmosphere. We stayed in a junior suite and I must say that it was more of a junior room than a suite. I would not recommend this hotel until they renovate.

The Biltmore is not quite ready for prime time. The building is beautiful but in need of a refresh and there just aren't enough people working. Service is friendly but slow. The Italian restaurant's food is average at best but the outside space is beautiful. Nice job picking up The Jim Mclean Golf School.

A better attitude!
Our room was quite disappointing - stuffy & small with one window with a view of a wall. We called front desk & we were told to wait. When nothing occurred went to front desk. A lack of empathy and concern was the predominant attitude. Finally because I was persistent another room was assigned - much better. For the prices charged and the fact of the Biltmore in the Leading Hotel of the World found it a bit disappointing. The grounds are gorgeous, the service personnel were very sweet but the front desk attitude needs a “face lift!”
