Breakfast is not included unless you book for 3 nights or more. We didn't mind at all. Price was very low. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel itself is in renovation but it's fully functional. Easy parking and lots of spaces. The main attraction is the pool with a really nice waterslide. It's amazing! My kids loved it. We were there almost the whole time lol.
