I had stayed in this hotel before, and liked it. However, as the room at my first visit - on the ground floor - had no windows, I asked for a room on a high floor to make sure I got a window. I did, but it looked straight into a grey wall.
I went with my daughter, who is 172 cm and adult size, but we got a tiny room with a tiny bed - 120 cm. I would call it a single room. We did not sleep well any of the three nights. The two first mornings we were woken by housekeeping who kept slamming the door to the housekeeping room right next to our room. However, when we mentioned it in reception for the last morning it did help and they made sure to put something in the door to avoid it making noise. But maybe they were not used to this room being rented out?
The hotel is nice and well situated, and the service is good and efficient, although not particularly varm. And exception was the porter, Gilbert, who was extremely friendly and sweet, which made up for his colleagues lack of smiles and warmth. He made us feel very welcome.
