El desayuno es muy básico y el personal atiende de muy mala manera. El agua de La alberca se veía un poco turbia por lo que no me atreví a meter a mi niña de 3 años. Además al estar enfrente de un edificio militar desde muy temprano van a escuchar tambores y trompetas. En general le hace falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel

La habitación muy viejo el mobiliario y había mucho olor a pintura que venía del pasillo, alberca y terraza muy sucia. El elevador solo 4 personas en el de habitaciones y 2 personas de capacidad en el de acceso a a mirador y alberca. El comedor poco claro el tema del desayuno que manejan tres tipos y hay que pagar la diferencia para el buffet ($70 pesos p/p). Estacionamiento insuficiente dejamos nuestro vehículo dentro y al día siguiente estaba afuera sobre la calle lateral.

En general, la estancia estuvo muy bien, la vista, todo. Solo hubo un incidente con una persona en el servicio de desayuno el primer día, nos dijo que nos cobraban por cada cosa que quisiéramos comer y que el desayuno incluido en nuestra estancia solo era prácticamente café. Al segundo día nos atendió otra persona y nos explico mejor como era el servicio. De ahí en fuera todo perfecto.
