We’ve occasionally stayed at the Park for many years now due to the location being close to family, so the convenience factor is high.
Nonetheless, the property could use some care. The rooms seem empty in terms of furnishings, so I have to leave my suitcase on the floor. A giant bedroom without even a chair or extra dresser without a tv on it.
The hotel is marketed as ‘all-suite’, while it seems like the pullout sofa mattresses haven’t been changed in a decade. Extremely uncomfortable for the person who’s using it.
The supplied pillows are all massive, so much so that we’ve started packing our own to avoid a painful neck the following day.
I’m sure the paid parking issue has been brought up in other reviews. After free parking at the property for many years, the price of parking is a ripoff and an insult. It’s not midtown Manhattan, guys.
It all just feels low effort. Despite the convenience, I’ll be looking for alternatives in the future.
