Poor value for the money
Me and my wife are frequent visitor to Bali, and usual we stay at W Bali or Padma Legian, but this time we wanted to try something new.
Overall conclusion: very disappointed, with very poor value for the money.
Positive is the room, the bed and linen.
Staff are very friendly but they lack experience and training, which created a lot misunderstandings.
The Hotel is poorly designed, with restaurant in ground/basement level with no view.
Pool again without view, and way to few sunbeds - we struggled to get a bed around the pool.
To access to pool area you need to walk through a cafe/restaurant.
Worse is the Gym. On the website it say "latest techologies" which is not true, and as an example 1 cardio bicycle for guest in total "289 rooms" (This is not good enough). Dont expect to be able to do your daily exercise.
Any day I would recommend W Bali or Padma Legian, and not Indigo.
