Liza's service was beyond excellent. She provided us with all the places to visit, tours to take, and restaurants we needed for our two-day and two-night short stay. We arrived knowing nothing about where to go, and she took excellent care of our time at Santorini. On the morning of our departure, she prepared a box breakfast for us because of our early departure. Excellent doesn't describe the attention we received from her.

Best decision ever
Irenw City Villas is not only a cosy, elegant and charming boutique hotel in Santorini, is more than that. You have an holistic experience: healthy and delicious breakfast, attention to detailed service...but the best is the experience of feeling at home abroad and for that, we cant but thank Kostas,Liza and all the team. Their food recommendations, the tips about the island and acrivities to do and the honest chats (missing Liza already). Cant wait to go back

Stayed in the petite suit. Nice room with hot tub. Good location near town. Not the friendliest staff. Check in was 2pm however room not ready until 3:15pm. Only two other rooms were occupied but was told I could not pay for late check out due to hotel being so busy.

The front desk lady Liza is super helpful and friendly. The staff who delivers breakfast to your room every morning is so kind.Junior Suite rooms are huge and have tons of room to make you feel right at home. The jacuzzi outside of the suite rooms are such an added plus to the hotel. The modern ambience of the rooms make you feel cozy and lovely.

Great apartment, spacious and comfy. Our check in took very long. We were exhausted and tired and didn't need to spend over an hour talking about what we already knew. He was trying to be helpful, but ignorant of our condition. Check in should be quick and fast, no need to try to sell us car rental, excursions, etc on arrival. We already had everything planned. They don't apply paper towels or laundry detergent. Store across the street sells it. About a 10 min walk to the bus station.

Property in a good location just about 10min walk to the main center of Fira. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Suites are very large and comfortable. Very quite area. The hotel does not have a volcanic view and faces east. The pool is on the smaller size with no view. Breakfast is delivered as room service and has an abundance of options.

Our stay at the property was fantastic! The rooms were nice, very clean, and spacious. The breakfast in the morning hit the spot and was very easy to set up. The concierges were fantastic and had amazing food and sight seeing recommendations. They had good connections for ATV rentals, wine tours, catamaran tours, and even more. They were super friendly and very available.

This hotel was a wonderful little home away from home during our visit to Santorini. The room was well appointed and had a beautiful view, and the bed was very comfortable--I'm like the princess and the pea, so that's saying something! Liza and Constantinos were super welcoming and helpful. We got great recommendations for dining and Liza even managed to get us dinner reservations in Pyrgos during Easter weekend (a big deal, since a lot of places were booked up). She also arranged for a driver for us for a few of our outings/tours, which made getting around a breeze. I would definitely recommend Irene City Villas for anyone visiting Santorini and will happily return when we can.
