A BIG SUPISE
We arrived at the hotel on the 21st. of December 2023 with our two kids in the late evening.
When we showed up at the reception for checking-in, it took us some time to get our key card from the two employees in the reception.
After we received our key card and we went up to the room we was suppose to have, it turns out that the room was already busy with other customers inside!
So we went back to the reception to get another room. After 30 minutes waiting time with two tired kids after a long flight from Europe, we got another room.
During the night we was wake-up by other customers there was trying to get into our room when we was sleeping.
We have been to many places around the world and staying on many different kind of hotels, but we have NEVER experienced to stay on a hotel with so low service and indifference from the hotel reception staff, and a hotel there is NOT in control of their own hotel rooms.
This hotel is defiantly not a Marriott standard.
