Property was pet friendly, however checkin staff was a bit lacking in friendliness. Had an issue with a duplicate reservation that was cancelled a month prior, and staff was tending to lecture me on the issue and the fact that it was Expedia vs Hotels.com, which is the same company. I tried to explain, but gave up and spoke with Hotels.com and had them call. She could have managed the interaction better. Breakfast was poor; powdered eggs, and moldy berries, most ended up in the trash. When we entered room the sliding door (only window) was covered with small flies / gnats. The wall surrounding the window was falling apart and needed repair.
