I had to wait about 3 minutes at the counter upon check in. This hotel does not advertise parking information. I don’t know where my the rest of my money went. I booked for a room for $59. I advanced $90 for a 3-night stay at Oasis at the Gold Pike hotel from December 24-27 through Hotels.com. At the counter upon checking in, the counter lady charged me $122. She was with Philip, at the counterat on December 24 at about 7:30 pm. She said they will return my $100 security deposit upon check out. Upon check out on December 25 at 11:00am, Dee, the counter lady, when I asked her for a receipt, she said she could only give me $25 receipt for my total payment. One hundred dollars would be refunded to me in 3-5 business days. I paid $90 for my 3-night reservation. I paid $122 upon check in. Because I didn’t like the room and the location of the hotel itself, I decided to stay there only for one night. When I checked out in the morning, Dee told me she could only give me $25 receipt for my stay and that $100 would be refunded to me. My total payment was $212.—$90 advance payment plus $112.00 payment at the counter upon check in. For one night stay, I paid $59. Dee said I’ll be refunded $100.00 in 3-5 days. My total payment of $212.00 minus $59 for one night stay equals $153.00. I should be refunded $153.00. I hope I get this &153.00 back as soon as possible. Thank you.
