"Vi havde 3 fantastiske dage på Raffels - lækkert værelse med terrasse ud til pool område. Skønne senge med dejligt stort badeværelse.
Pool området var skønt og lækkert hvor der hele dagen igennem blev serveret og var gratis vand.
Morgenmaden er en magisk og lækker oplevelse.
Hotellet ligger centralt og vi havde den allerbedste oplevelse."
"The Oakwood offers hotel studios and rooms in One Park - one of Phnom Penh’s newly developed (still undergoing) areas just North of the downtown. What a perfect place to stay for expats and long stayers - and people like us being in PP for five days.
Our studio was excellent. Very nice indeed. Kitchen with all amenities, nice bathroom and bedroom. And a balcony with lovely sunsets over PP. The staff was kind, attentive and professionel.
I do believe we chose the best place to stay for our five days in fast changing Phnom Penh."
"Wonderful service, especially the restaurant staff. The breakfast was delicious. Also ate lunch and dinner there and it was very good as well. Hotel is in a great location - just a few minutes from the palace. The rooftop view is amazing and the pool is very clean. If I had to improve anything it would be to add a full length mirror in the room and a small sink in the bathroom as there’s only one outside in the room itself.
I would definitely stay here again!"
"We had a one-night stay at the hotel due to flight changes. Upon checking out at 5 AM, we were charged $31.31 for dinner the night before, but the receptionist accidentally charged $3,131 instead. We only noticed the error when he printed the receipt. He was unhelpful and did not seem to understand what he had done. He couldn’t process a refund on the spot and claimed he would address it with his colleagues at 7 AM. He assured us we would get our money back.
Now, 1.5 months later, after numerous calls and WhatsApp messages, we have only received $2,900 back. The remaining $200 is a bank fee that the hotel refuses to cover, despite it being entirely their fault. They have since stopped responding to our messages and calls.
Regarding the hotel itself, the experience was equally poor. The bed was as hard as a rock, akin to sleeping on the floor. At the pool/restaurant area, there was only one toilet, which was filthy, clogged with diarrhea, and couldn’t flush, forcing guests to use their room bathrooms instead. At dinner, several menu items were “sold out” despite us dining early at 5 PM as the only guests in the restaurant. To make matters worse, we ended up with food poisoning from the meal."
