The convenience of the property placement made it right were all the shopping and fun spots that the historic district had to offer. Thank you for taking care of our needs, to all the staff at the Hoyt House. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that likes quiet little getaway in a bustling...

As with any B&B, you are enjoying what the hosts like for breakfast, or what they think you might like. It's OK not like everything, it's natural. But give it a try! "Everything was great. Just some things I didn't like was the swimming pool is very small and only is 4.5 feet deep. With teenagers that is like a kiddie pool. Elevators are slow, hot and take too lonĝ to open once stopped. Breakfast was ok.But the motel was clean, staff friendly and walking distance to beach."

"I travel frequently and I can say I was little hesitate booking a motel. I have only stayed at a motel 2 times in my adult life. I chose the Beachside Motel bc it had a pool and it had direct beach access. I can say I enjoyed my weekend stay at the property. It was clean and accommodating and quiet and check in was amazing and easy…I highly recommend booking this property if your looking for something quaint, quiet and direct beach access. I will def be using then again."

Our room was a bit small, the picture made the room look bigger than it was, The beach was a bit further than i thought because i miss read and thought we were on ocean front but at least we only had to cross the road, no counter space, and missing things that you find at any hotel but other than that , it had more postive than the negative.
The room was super clean, quiet , and peaceful. The owners were very responsive, instructions clear to follow and above all...

Walk to Sliders are other areas bars\restaurants. Shuttle will take you all over the island. Whirlpool\Hot tub is huge and towels in a outside chest. "

"Had a wonderful stay! The only thing I wish they would clean the room and refill things daily, especially towels. We pay a lot of money to stay there so it would be nice to have fresh towels and a clean room daily. Also the coffee tastes like city water but the breakfast was decent.The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! I'd stay there again!"
