This was our third vacation in Cabo/Cancun, and we've stayed at different resorts each time. Unfortunately, I would rank this resort the lowest among them.
I lost my swimsuit and eyeliner in our room. My husband called the front desk, and they said they would look into it and call back, but no one ever did. When my husband went to the front desk to follow up, we were told to check the lost and found. I found this frustrating because I lost them in my room, not by the pool!
We also complained about the noise from the air conditioning units; the thermostats in both my room and my mom’s room were not working properly. They promised to send someone to address the issue, but no one ever came. My mom and husband struggled to fall asleep for several nights due to the noise.
Additionally, our keys stopped working every 24 hours. Again, we were told someone would come to help, but we waited in our room, and no one showed up. I felt the service standards here were the lowest among all the all-inclusive resorts we've visited.
There wasn’t much to do at night, either—no shows or sports bars. Also, we received a constant stream of bills each time we ordered something from the pool bars, which was different from our experiences at other resorts. The staff explained that this was for them to receive tips.
On a positive note, the food in the restaurants was good. However, there is definitely a lot of room for improvement overall.
