The James advertise VIP access. What we couldn't get; early check-inn, room upgrade, late check-out - or a reaction from front desk or housekeeping on a rather disgusting room with sketchy WiFi. Had to have meetings in the noisy lobby.
This is at best an overpriced 3 star hotel with rather unfriendly, uninterested front desk staff.
