Steer clear
The room walls the headboard were in terrible condition. They needed to be cleaned very badly. I will attach a picture about 9 o’clock at night. It got extremely hot in our room so we were gonna turn on the fan or the air conditioner and the thermostat had no lights on. We followed the directions above the thermostat that the Double tree had put there and it just wouldn’t work. I chatted with the front desk but never got a response so needless to say all night we were smothering. It was very stuffy and human in our room not to mention right next to the headboards if you’re laying down, you can smell the venting from the restaurant it almost smells like a garbage dumpster once that close at 11 o’clock or so the smell finally evaporated out of the room until the very next morning when it was coming in again. The hotel itself is very nice. The bed is super uncomfortable. We didn’t sleep a wink. I travel all the time for work so I am very familiar with hotels and beds as stated this hotel is beautiful except for the cleanliness of the room, the air conditioner and heater not working And not getting a response from the front desk and the beds being trash.
