The hotel was affected by being fully booked and there were general chaos in the check-in area. Several of the elevators were under maintenance, resulting in significant waiting times for an elevator which were completely full.
Service and flexibility was very limited. The room assigned was a superior room, however there was nothing superior about it. It was very small, no daylight and very small bathroom with very limited light. Only two towels were assigned, no face-cloth, no hand towl. The line for the breakfast meant that alternative options for the nearby Starbucks was much more appreciated. The room was clean but there were still a lot of hair in the bathroom (I'm bald, so it wasn't me). I don't blame the cleaning crew however, this room was so dark (no lighting) that it would be impossible to clean properly, especially around the toilet area.Roof-top bar and pool area was nice but expensive.
