Felipe at the front desk was amazing. Did a two day itinerary recommendation that was better than the tourist agencies. Tamara at the restaurant was the best server we had so far. Super attentive and nice.
The restaurant was not cheap though. Prices comparable with US, quality of food not as high for the price.
Room was big and clean. Bed super comfortable.
Views from everywhere in the hotel are fantastic. Definitely recommend

Definitely seen better days as my room was a bit tatty.
Staff really nice.
Gym had limited equipment but in good condition.
The bath shower in my room hadn’t been cleaned - dirty with hair in it.
Good was expensive and I didn’t enjoy the dinner (fish) which was covered in a sweet sauce.
The grounds and views were great and my room was large and the bed was comfy.
If I was in Ushuaia again I would chose a different hotel. This one was too expensive in my opinion.

Great location!
This hotel is a good find. Very welcoming and friendly staff at the check in and restaurant. The views at this hotel cannot be beat and the path down to the beach was an excellent addition. Rooms were very cozy. Would stay here again if I make my way back to Ushuaia.
