For a two star it was excellent value and so clean . Ideal if you’re on a budget and central to the shops and town and port . View of mountains was lovely . Safe as a solo woman ! Everything you need . Very roomy hotel rooms for price . Beds comfortable . Staff lovely !

Hotel Monaco is a great value
We had a wonderful and restful stay. The Monaco is in the heart of all activity in Ushuaia. Very clean hotel and the service was wonderful. They gave us an amazing rate of exchange for our currency. They were very helpful in arranging local transportation for us for the few times we ventured away from town

Good location-could do with a refresh
The hotel is well located in the centre of Ushuaia. Rooms are of fair size, amenities could do with updating but were not bad.
Breakfast was ok, we appreciated the daily fresh fruit.

Hotel is having building construction ongoing, lots of construction noise during the day time and unable to catch some daytime naps.
At least hotel has to do some combination here to make the customer service good.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we liked the view of the lake from our room. The room is clean and has that minimal vibe. Location is at the end far of the main street but walkable. Breakfast buffet room is big but needs more varieties of foods on the table. Aside from that overall this hotel is good place to stay in Ushuaia.

Basic hotel with simple amenties. Breakfast has very little choice and low quality. It was also impossible to regulate the temperature in the rooms, it was very warm. And the elevators kept on breaking down.

Skip the hotel even if cheaper than close by hotel
Extremely poor room cleanliness.Bed Lenin & Towels had stains and looked like they have been reused without washing
Bed Lenin was shabbily prepared and hence we requested a room change. We were immediately given another room however we found similar poor quality in that room as well
Breakfast was horrible quality and spread. Only poorly stocked one type of bread and black coffee. It was of no value to having breakfast at the hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor quality and poor upkeep.

Funcionários da recepção desatenciosos. O café da manhã é servido em pires e não em pratos. No salão do café não tem a quantidade de cadeiras corretas para quantidade de mesas. Não estão preparados para alta estação. Hoje descemos para tomar café 7:00 para ir ao aeroporto, mas a fila estava enorme, quase chegando ao lobby do hotel. Ou seja, saímos sem café e tivemos que pagar no aeroporto por um serviço já pago. O elevador é grande mas está configurado para apenas 5 pessoas por vez, o que faz demorar muitas vezes. Essa noite fez muito calor. Não temos acesso ao controle do aquecedor. Tudo depende da recepção. Enfim, fora a localização limpeza e cama confortável, não ficaria nesse hotel novamente. Entrega o básico do básico, mas…

O quarto estava em boas condições. A nota foi dada apenas porque creio que poderia haver um frigobar no quarto e travesseiros um pouco maiores, para que pudéssemos assistir à tv com mais conforto. O café da manhã foi muito bom. Funcionários muito gentis também.
