Great Hotel, and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable.
The breakfast is so-so, wasn't a lot of what I could eat, but it was unlimited so ate what I recognised / liked.
One negative is that the I frequently woke up sweating as I couldn't get the room cool enough to what I prefer.

The reason i went for this hotel was the option of Spa & Hamam. Well, there was nothing. In construction as they say. Someone told me for 1 or 2 days and other 1 or 2 months.
No one informed me that there was no SPA at that time. I would NOT choose for this hotel if i knew about this.
Rooms clean, i must give that. Breakfast is good but not great Reception may be more friendly and professional. Personel restaurant friendly.
Standaard room for 2 is small, beds are ok but not great.
Shortly: i would not choose this hotel knowing there was no SPA. Hotel is more 3 stars worth.
Location 10 mins walk to metrostation Gayrettepe. From there just 3 stops to famous Taksim Square.
