Queens Hotel is an excellent choice for solo travellers or couples wanting to enjoy Benidorm's nightlife. The location couldn't be better! The staff here are super helpful and friendly, making the stay really enjoyable. Plus, having the amazing breakfast every day with so much choice was a major highlight. One quick word of advice is try to avoid room 52. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic place to stay and I’d happily return!

Room clean but a bit little. Door didn't open fully so hard to walk in the room if you have a bag on your back. Could do with having a little fridge in the room. Other then that it was a nice hotel

The hotel is right in the heart of the old town centre but unfortunately it's so noisy and we were right next to the lift and it kept us awake for most of the night ( don't stay in room 51, it's awful and really small. Nowhere for clothes etc) We've stayed 4 times before but at the back of the hotel and it's a lot quieter. Staff and not very pleasant or friendly 😕 bit difficult to get a simple smile out of most of them. Sadly I think it's our last visit to this hotel.

Had a room on the 7th floor, with music blasting from the 8th floor rooftop bar ALL day…no chance of a siesta! Although the hotel cannot help with the drunk clientele shouting and bawling as they are staggering/stomping/falling down the stairs from the rooftop, there could be signs advising to respect the residents in the hotel.

So glad that we had an iron, board and hairdryer. Staff really lovely and helpful. Loved the rooftop terrace with great views, drinks were so cheap and brilliant music. Choice of breakfasts were really nice and situated in perfect place opposite Tapas bars and restaurants. Would have liked a balcony but we booked late but room was more than adequate.

Il personale è di una gentilezza unica ,sono molto disponibili e la posizione è centralissima. La pecca principale è la mancanza di un mini frigo, purtroppo se ci fosse stato sarebbe stato TOP! La pulizia della stanza avviene ogni giorno. Se vi volete affittare una bici non è possibile metterla li per la notte, invece se vi affittate un motorino purtroppo è Ztl e dovete fare un giro assurdo. La colazione non è a buffet ma potete scegliere cosa farvi portare. Avete tutto vicino e il fine settimana soprattutto si riempie la zona di gente che fa aperitivi e festa!

The location of the property is in the middle of Old Town and about 90 seconds walk to the beach. The amenties in the room, including the balcony and air conditioning were amazing, especially in 30 degree heat. I would say the room itself was tight for space and mattress, I could feel every coil. The checkout experience lets this property down. With a flight at midnight - I was offered a sink in a disable loo, to freshen up. I understand there were no rooms free, for a shower - but with a location so close to the beach - it was rather awkard to refresh for the airport in a sink.

The property was in a great location, the rooms were very clean, the staff were nice. The room had a hairdryer, kettle and ironing board which was great. The addition of a small fridge would be perfect.
